A perfect example of a successful internal campaign is the Cluster IM Triathlon Challenge made for Air Liquide, the world leader in gas, technologies and services for Industry and Health. The goal was to engage the workforce in all its European headquarters through some challenges; the concept was a parallelism between the office tasks and the triathlon disciplines. A DEM and a video teaser introduced the campaign while placeholders, wall stickers and other gadgets were sent in all the offices in a practical communication kit. A dedicated app kept track of the challenge results and the winners received selected prizes.
