Alstom has decided to globally standardize the presence of the brand and the signage system in all its headquarters and production plants, entrusting us with the task of developing the project. We started with the creation of an accurate manual of guidelines accompanied by a series of physical and digital tools that allowed easy understanding and application in all the structures. The contents have been translated into 25 languages including non-Latin languages. To make everything even more practical we designed a whole kit composed by manuals, DVDs and USB drives, all divided in chapters for each cathegory of application. To complete the project, we developed an Interior Design project with scalability and modularity features designed to standardize all the Welcome Areas.
The project won first prize at the GrandPrix Advertising (best Brand Identity project) and second prize at the Davey Awards in New York.
